God of Deliverance and Transformation | Mark Diehl
Mark Diehl has served the Presbyterian Church as an ordained minister since 1980. His ministry has encompassed the southeastern United States, including Louisiana, Arkansas, Maryland, Tennessee, and most recently North and South Carolina. Mark’s pastoral roles in congregations have been equally diverse, serving in churches of 12 to 3,500 members located in rural and small-town settings as well as inner cities and suburban areas.
Since 2012, his focus has been on transitional ministry in congregations without a called senior minister/head of staff.
A native Texan, Mark received his education at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX (BA), Columbia Theological Seminary in Decatur, GA (MDiv), and Loyola University at Baltimore (MS in Pastoral Counseling). He is certified for Transitional Ministry in the PCUSA as well as pastoral counseling. Mark is married to Mary Brown Diehl, and they have three grown children.
The Ten Commandments/Decalogue has been a personal and academic passion of Mark’s for the past 20 years, and this book is the culmination of his study and teaching and preaching on this subject.
