Jim McReynolds and I have spent more than a lifetime in joyful friendship.

Almost every time I hear from him, he is engaged in some new and happy adventure.

There are few nations and territories he has not touched. The idea and movement of Spirit of Joy churches is unique and wonderful. This has never been more needed than today, when many traditional churches are floundering because of poor leadership and simple faith fatigue.

Jim has served as Minister of Joy to the World in his calling as an apostle of joy.  His healing and vulnerability and courage are demonstrated in his writing, teaching, counseling, and preaching for more than half a century.

His idea of Spirit of Joy churches is a Johnny Appleseed kind of thing that just might spread like wildfire throughout the world that is hungering for authentic love and faith.
