This I Know | Tracey Davenport
Jesus never explains the why. The question isn’t “why” for Jesus. The question is always “Who?” The question is not “Who is at fault?” but “Who can do something about it?” He can. He is the one who comes upon one born blind from birth. Never since the world began has it been heard that anyone opened the eyes of a person born blind. But more importantly, who can open our spiritual eyes to see what God is up to in our world? This I know, because it has happened to me. Jesus can. Who can heal our bodies, minds, spirits, relationships, and churches? This I know because it happened to me, through me, and all around me. Jesus can. Who can take a life, with all its imperfections, and use it for his kingdom to the glory of God? This I know because it happened to me. Jesus can. The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. This I know, because I have experienced it myself.
