Garry Baldwin has Ministered and Pastored Churches in North Carolina and Kentucky since 1976. He holds degrees from The Citadel, Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and various post-graduate degrees and honors. Dr. Baldwin has led conferences in Family Relationships, Church Growth and Development, and Church Leadership.

Currently Dr. Baldwin just retired as Pastor of Midwood Baptist Church in Charlotte, North Carolina in August 2023 and now serves as the Department Head for Pastoral Studies at Charlotte Christian Theological Seminary.

Cheryl Baldwin is a 1976 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in Early Childhood Education. Cheryl has been involved in Education leadership since 1976. She helped start a Christian School, two Preschool Development Centers, and taught and trained leadership all over the world. She has been involved in the development of various ministries at Midwood Baptist Church including the Parents Day Out Preschool Ministry which is over 10 years old. She continues to serve as a consultant in Preschool Ministry and in retirement ministers to her children and grandchildren. The Baldwin’s have 3 Grown Children and 4 Grandchildren.
