For 24 years, Jamie Johnson has had the opportunity to preach God’s Word, and lead people. In all of those years he has led with a strong visionary style. Being a visionary is how God wired him. Leading as an uncontrolled visionary was not really His plan, but that was how Jamie did it for most of his ministry. God led him to write this book, in order to help those who work under, or beside a visionary leader.

This book takes you on an amazing journey. It began with him while not even understanding that there were different leadership styles, to the point that he was learning what he had to do to lead effectively. In this book, Jamie shares stories from two of the churches he has served, Reed Springs Baptist Church and Delano Baptist Church.

Jamie Johnson has been preaching the Gospel since 1998. In that time, he has served as both pastor and youth pastor. He has been the senior pastor at Delano Baptist church in Delano, TN since 2018. He graduated from Liberty University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Religion. He is currently finishing up his Master of Divinity degree from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been married to his wife, Melinda, for 27 years. They have a son that is 25 and a daughter who is 18.
